Terms of service
These terms apply to everyone who uses simbeep.com. They are written to be read: short sentences, no traps.
Updated 24 Sep 2026
1. The service
SimBeep (“we”) provides temporary access to mobile phone numbers so that you can receive SMS messages, typically verification codes. Numbers are supplied by mobile network operators and carrier partners; we do not own the networks.
Two products exist: one-time numbers, reserved for a single code from one service during a limited window, and rentals, reserved for your account for 7, 14 or 30 days.
2. Your account
You need an account to order. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you forget it, you can reset it by email from the login screen, so use an email address you can open. One person may hold several accounts, but using accounts to abuse promotions or limits is not allowed.
You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live.
3. Balance and payments
You add funds to your balance in cryptocurrency through our payment processor. The balance is credited in US dollars at the rate fixed when the payment request was created, once the payment is confirmed on its network.
Send exactly the amount shown, on the network shown, before the request expires. Payments sent on the wrong network, in the wrong currency or far below the requested amount may not be recoverable. Underpayments are credited only once completed.
The balance has no cash value outside SimBeep and is not paid back out to a wallet, except where the law requires it.
4. One-time numbers
When you order a one-time number, its price is held on your balance. If an SMS is received during the window, the held amount is charged. If no SMS is received before the window closes, or if you cancel before any SMS arrives, the hold is released to your balance in full.
A one-time number is reserved for the service you selected. Receiving messages from other services is not guaranteed. After the window, the number may be given to someone else.
5. Rentals
A rental is charged in full when it starts and reserves the number for your account for the chosen term. Rentals receive SMS only; they cannot send messages or receive calls. Nothing renews automatically: renew before the end date if you want to keep the number. After the term, the number returns to the network’s pool.
If a rented number stops receiving messages because of the network, open a support ticket from your account: we will move you to an equivalent number or credit the unused days to your balance.
6. Availability and prices
Stock, prices and delivery rates change constantly and are shown as they are at the moment you look. The price shown when you place an order is the price that applies to that order.
We cannot guarantee that a given service will accept a given number or send it a code. That is why one-time numbers are charged only when a code arrives.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the acceptable use policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break it, and keep the balance of accounts used for fraud.
8. Liability
SimBeep is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that caused it. We are not liable for losses caused by a third-party service refusing a number, suspending an account, or changing its rules.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do; significant changes are announced on the site. Continuing to use SimBeep after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Support
Answers to common questions are in the help center. Customers with an active rental can open a support ticket from their account; see how support works.
